First Time Setup (Step 1/5)
Phone Number Detection
When you start Rail Planner Live for the first time, you will be asked to go through the first time setup process.
This process starts with the App trying to read your phone number - if it succeeds you will be asked whether or not you wish to use this number to attempt to login to the National Rail Enquiries website.
Tapping the yes button and logging in to the website will allow you to access your favourite and recent journeys and create alerts.
If you don't want to use your phone number, tapping no will allow you to login using your email address and password combination.
Finally, if the App was unable to detect your phone number you will also be able to login with your email address and password combination.
